Terms & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted up to 1 calendar day (24 hours) before your scheduled appointment.
Refunds: All sales are final — no refunds are provided once a booking is confirmed, due to prior chart calculation and preparation.
Within 24 hours: If less than 1 calendar day remains before the session, rescheduling is not permitted and the session fee is forfeited.
1. Services Provided
AstroMama (Carola Alemán) offers 1:1 online consultations in astrology, tarot, somatic breathwork, AstroCartography Remote Activations, and the monthly *Luna & Breathe Tribe* membership.
2. Bookings & Payments
All sessions are scheduled through our online booking system. To secure a booking, full payment of the designated service fee is required at the time of reservation.
3. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
We understand that unforeseen events happen. To honor the preparation time and chart research:
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 1 calendar day (24 hours) before the scheduled time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
- If rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours notice or in the event of a no-show, the session is forfeited with no option for refund or rescheduling.
4. Right of Withdrawal Exemption (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to customized digital services and personalized astrological chart calculations once performance and preparatory research have begun with the consumer's explicit agreement upon booking.
5. Luna & Breathe Tribe Membership
The Tribe membership is a monthly recurring subscription. Access to the bi-monthly lunar circles and private WhatsApp community is active while your subscription remains in good standing. In the event of cancellation or failed payment, access will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Disclaimer & Nature of Consultations
Astrology, tarot readings, and breathwork sessions are offered for personal insight, spiritual exploration, and self-reflection. They do not constitute or replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice.
