1. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is Carola Alemán ("AstroMama"), owner of the website astromamaconyuka.com. For any questions regarding your data privacy, you may contact astromamaconyuka@gmail.com.

2. Data Collected & Purpose

We only collect data strictly necessary to prepare and deliver astrology, tarot, and breathwork consultations:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone / WhatsApp number (to coordinate sessions and send video call access links).
  • Birth Information: Date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth (essential for astrological chart calculations and AstroCartography mapping).
  • Intention & Questionnaire Responses: Information submitted through our intake forms prior to your session.
  • Billing & Payment Data: Processed directly and securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe / Cal.com). AstroMama does not store credit card details.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Your data is processed under the legal basis of contractual performance / delivery of requested services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your explicit consent provided when submitting booking and intention forms (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We work with trusted third-party providers who comply with GDPR and international data transfer standards:

  • Hosting & Edge Infrastructure: Vercel Inc.
  • Scheduling: Cal.com, Inc.
  • Transactional Email: Resend Technologies Inc.
  • Live Sessions: Google Meet / Zoom / WhatsApp.

5. Data Retention

Your birth data and session preparation notes are retained only for as long as necessary to provide your scheduled readings and ongoing integration, after which you may request their permanent deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Request data portability.
